Free Trial First — Then All Sales Are Final
Every new account starts with a free trial so you can evaluate everything before you pay — no charge during the trial, and you can cancel anytime before it ends at no cost. Once your trial converts to a paid subscription, all fees are final and non-refundable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings page. Here's what happens:
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You'll continue to have full access until that date
- Your saved watchlist and data will be preserved for 90 days if you resubscribe

- No charge during the free trial period
- Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won't be billed
- If you don't cancel, your trial automatically converts to a paid subscription and fees become non-refundable

To request a refund or cancel your account:
- Log in to your account and go to Account Settings
- Click on 'Billing' and select 'Cancel Subscription'

We process most refund requests within 3-5 business days.

Because all sales are final, refunds are only issued in these limited situations:
- Where a refund is required by applicable law
- A verified billing error on our end — for example, being charged after your account was already cancelled or deleted because of a fault in our systems
- A duplicate charge caused by a technical error on our end
